Kapena "The Kolohe Kid" Boyd

Weeknights 7pm - Midnight

The State of Hawaii plans to charge non-resident visitors a $5 per car fee to enter Akaka Falls, Hapuna Beach and Kekaha Kai State Park in Kona. What is your take on this plan?
It's a good idea. Mainland visitors need to pay to use Hawaii's natural resource
It's a bad idea. It will discourage tourism and hurt the economy
It's discriminatory. Both residents and non-residents alike should be charged
